Managed the end-to-end renovation of two community facility buildings in Eugene and Springfield. Navigated complex multi-jurisdictional zoning codes, municipal permitting, and utility protocols while overseeing project budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts. Served as the primary liaison connecting non-profit leadership, board members, architects, and contractors to ensure both spaces were delivered safely, on time, and aligned with organizational needs.
Faculty Director, Latinx Academic Residential Community (ARC) | University of Oregon
Provided strategic, academic, and administrative direction for a specialized living-learning community serving first-year students. Developed curriculum, taught seminars, managed program budgets, supervised student employees and designed co-curricular programming. Collaborated closely with University Housing and campus leaders to build an inclusive residential environment that centered cultural connection, mentorship opportunities, and academic success.
Program Coordinator | Oregon Folklife Network
Managed the annual cycle of flagship statewide cultural programs, including the Traditional Arts Apprenticeship Program (TAAP) and Oregon Culture Nights. Administered the Oregon Culture Keepers Roster and served as the primary point of contact for traditional artist, while assisting with event production, marketing, and statewide outreach to connect Traditional Culture Keepers with resources, funding, and networking opportunities.
